New Member Introduction

Hey guys- I stumbled onto the site and then the forum after looking for info on the new VLTOR Bren. I'm a huge Vice fan and a gun nut. I've been following the Bren's resurection saga for a few years, starting back when the Perigren looked like a go. I've never dropped the cash on a real Bren because I'd been waiting, patiently, on a new version that I wouldn't be afraid to shoot regularly.
Anyway, I'll poke around and learn what I can. Thanks! Ron

Hi,I just found this forum so I joined.I have a Colt Delta Elite and thats all the 10mm handguns that I have.I would like to get one of the new Bren copies if I can find one.1911's are my favorite handguns but I seem to carry my Sigs the most.I hope to learn a few things here on the forum.Thanks for the forum.

I also test fired many of the final production guns, including some of the special run for "The Marksman" gun shop in Chicago.

A few memories from the HBPD firing range are detailed at the above mentioned post.

Wanted to say hi, I don't currently own a Bren Ten but have always loved them ever since I was intrduced to them on Miami Vice at a kid.
Huge CZ fan and can only imagine the joy of owning a Bren Ten.

I own a special forces model. Haven't fired it since D&D went bankrupt.
I also have a AMT Javelina longslide IN 10mm and an S&W 1006.
My interest in 10mm has been receintly renewed when the police
informed me that my Javelina which had been stolen 16 years ago
had been recovered. I picked it up a couple of days ago. Magazine is missing though

Boy was I jazzed to find that Vltor will be manufacturing their version of the Bren Ten!!! I was one of the unlucky ones who got his order form and check returned from D&D. I was CRUSHED!!! While I have my reservations, I'm still tickled that someone wants to produce what I consider to be one of the best firearms on the PLANET... My thanks to all involved in keeping this forum, and the spirit of the Bren Ten alive! I guess the old addage is true... All good things come to those...

I just purchased 3 Bren Tens. Two of them are sequentially numbered, and appear to have never been fired. The third is a special forces model, and appears to have been fired a couple of times. Any idea of the value?

This is a great site! Hope many 10 Auto fans will join and let us know about their 10 Auto guns.
I bought a Bren Ten Standard in the mid 80. You could only get Norma 200grs. FMJ ammo. But that was great stuff. With the first batch I got velocity readings of 1'200fps with the 200grs. bullets. Some years later the same Norma ammo gave only 980 fps with the same 200grs FMJ bullet. I reloaded all kind of bullets but the Sierra 180grs. HP gave the best accuracy. Had some magazine...

I am the original owner of a new never been fired other than factory test fired SFL very low serialized beauty. Bought the SFL in Huntington Beach, CA back in 84.
